This Sunday 17 of us left The Arches at 08:30 and headed to Oulton Broad. Unusually we were held up at the bridge as it was raised. Once “the floating gin palace” had passed through we continued on to Mutford. 8 riders returned to Gorleston from Mutford, they either wanted a shorter ride or they returned for the start of the Gorleston Cycling Day event. The rest of us continued to Ellough, Weston, Redisham and Brampton, before turning back towards Gorleston. We returned via Lowestoft and the coast road through Hopton. We visited the Gorleston Cycling Event and this week had our refreshments from a mobile tea and coffee seller. We were pleased with the quality and price of “Farrier Refreshments” and hope to use them again. http://www.farriersrefreshments.co.uk/
