The Sunday training ride will meet at the Archers at 7:00am, this is different to the Club Run.

This week we will are going to complete an 80 mile route out to Aldeburgh hence the early starting time.
The plan for the morning will be speeds of 20mph with a few racing efforts (increased pace) for a couple of sections. These will be explained before they happen and any rider not wanting to take part will meet up with the group at the end of the section.
We finish the route in St Olaves at the Bell for a coffee.
