The Sunday training ride will meet at the Archers at 7:30, this is different to the Club Run.

This week we will complete the VCB 100km Reliability route. But afterwards we will re-group at The Bell then complete a lap of the road race course, for those who want too, this will be at race pace.
The plan for the morning will be speeds of 18mph to 20mph with a few racing efforts (increased pace) for a couple of sections. These will be explained before they happen and any rider not wanting to take part will meet up with the group at the end of the section.
